Kigali, July 31, 2026 – The Party for Progress and Concord / PPC joins the Liberal Party / PL in mourning the passing of its President, Honorable Senator MUKABALISA Donatille.

PPC extends its heartfelt condolences to all members of the PL Party, and especially to her family, for the loss of such a remarkable person. Honorable Senator MUKABALISA Donatille served the country selflessly, with love and humility.

We will continue to honor her valuable contribution in all the institutions of the country where she served on the path of national development. The legacy she leaves behind will be a foundation for us to build upon.
